Business at Springwell aims to provide students with the knowledge to understand the business world, which is a key part of the society in which students live both now and in the future.
Businesses play a key part of everyone’s life be that as a customer, owner or employee. Understanding the way businesses operate and interact with other stakeholders, globally, nationally and locally equip students with a key set of skills that will aid them in future no matter which route of education, employment or training they choose to follow.

- Develop and understand the impact of businesses on their local community.
- Demonstrate the key skills of analysis application and analysis.
- Understand how the different business functions link together to ensure the business is successful.
- Develop their personal skills in both finance and human resources.
- To understand a wide range of real world business of which they may be current or future customers.
