On Friday 17 February 4 bands from Brimington Junior School performed in front of their school friends as part of the weekly celebration assemblies.
BRIM BANDS is part of our Community Arts programme delivered by SCART. Each week around 25 children from Brimington Junior School, across all 4 year groups, get access to a Rock School music session delivered by our Community Arts Manager Brian Evans. The bands have been up and running since September and for 3 of the bands this was their first performance in front of a live audience.
The bands include ‘Sparkle Dust’ (year 3), ‘Winter Angels’ (year 4), ‘Magic Rocks’ (year 5) and ‘The Pack’ (year 6).
