Ten students recently attended the TTCT Earth Day at Lea Green. It was a chance for them to get involved in projects designed to tackle the Climate Change crisis. Our students really enjoyed the day, especially meeting Romeo the owl. Unfortunately, due to the loss of their natural habitat the numbers of little owls in the UK has declined heavily.  We met with conservation groups dedicated to the protection of these animals. Students also got the chance to make seeds bombs ready to grow wild flower meadows in the summer and build bug hotels to protect our tiniest pollinators.
