Congratulations to Katie for making it through to the finals of the Public Speaking Competition held at Hasland Hall Outwood Academy, organised by the Rotary Club.
Two students attended the competition. Isla presented a speech examining the representation of certain sports in the media and Katie presented a speech discussing the prevalence of femicide.
Both girls presented extremely well; the standard was high from all schools and we are delighted to be represented in the final.
