Congratulations to our girl’s football squads, who competed in the Chesterfield FC Schools Utilita Cup tournament this week. Both our teams played some fantastic football and represented the college with pride.
Our Year 7/8 team lost on penalties in the semi final, to the eventual winners, but beat Newbold in the third and fourth play off game!
Our Year 9/10 team made it through to the final, beating Dronfield on penalties in the semi but lost 1-0 in the final, to a last minute goal by Eckington!
A great day for both our teams! Well done.
