Five incredibly talented Springwell students were selected as finalists for the trust-wide Poetry By Heart competition.
The event, held at Ashfield School, was a tremendous success for Springwell students, with two bronze awards in the Year 8 and Year 9 categories respectively for Ella-Mae (Spire), and Layla (Roundhouse) and a gold award for Erin (Year 7, Revolution) for her carefully rehearsed and impressively executed ‘The Language of Cat’ by Rachel Rooney.
