Over 200 students from across the Two Counties Trust came together in a spectacular showcase of talent, creativity, and passion for dance at the recent Dance Festival. The evening was a true celebration of how dance is evolving across all TTCT schools and key stages, highlighting the hard work and dedication of both students and staff.
Springwell Community College was proudly represented, with our students proving to be an absolute credit to the college. Audiences were treated to a sneak peek of routines from our upcoming production of Oliver!, performed with energy, precision, and flair. These performances captured the spirit of the show and gave a taste of what’s to come.
In addition, our Year 11 BTEC students presented their coursework pieces, demonstrating both technical skill and creative expression. Their performances were mature, polished, and showcased the depth of talent within our college.
A special mention goes to of group of Year 10 students who performed a contemporary routine they have been rehearsing in their own time outside of college hours. They also stepped up to support the Yr11 performance who has absent dancers. Their commitment and enthusiasm were evident in a moving and well-executed piece that impressed everyone in attendance.
Events like this reflect the rich and growing dance culture within TTCT schools. We are incredibly proud of our students for their professionalism, creativity, and the way they represented Springwell on this special evening.
